The Bandolier Equipment, Pattern 1903 50 Round Bandolier, Mk. II, superseded the Mk. I Bandolier as per List of Changes entry §13273, dated 27th November 1905. It closely resembles the Mk. I version, with the main difference being the replacement of the complex buckle with a plain buckle, a short strap, and a brass triangle. It consists of five pockets, each capable of holding ten rounds of .303-inch ammunition in two 5 round chargers. Designed with a curved shape to fit over the shoulder, it includes a small steadying strap that secures around the Pattern 1903 Waist belt.
