This is the Russian AK assault rifle in excellent condition, dated 1972 on the receiver, made at the Izhevsk Armoury with matching numbers. This is the type supplied to the Vietnamese during their conflict with the US (Vietnam war 1955 to 1975). This rifle comes complete with cleaning-rod, a detachable magazine, webbing sling bayonet and scabbard.
The AK-47 (Avtomat Kalashnikova model 1947) is a renowned and widely used assault rifle developed by Mikhail Kalashnikov. The Rifle is in good condition and deactivated, with some signs of wear and tear on the wooden foregrip. The bolt does not move. The stock unfolds and locks into place.
