~ Three Footed Pierced Sterling Silver Bowl Chester 1928 ~
A lovely pierced sterling silver bowl dated for 1928.
The bowl is of circular form with a bulbous centre, a slightly overturned rim and stands on three paw feet.
The bowl has pierced decoration around the entire circumference.
The bowl is stamped to the underside ‘John Bagshaw & Sons, Liverpool’ and has a full hallmark for ‘silver, Chester, 1928’ with the stamp for ‘Adie Bros Ltd’.
~ Dimensions ~
The bowl has a diameter of 20cm (8 inches) and a height of 9cm (3 ½ inches).
It weighs 325g.
~ Condition ~
The rim of the bowl is ever so slightly misshapen but this is only noticable from certain angles and is not very prominent at all.
There is some very light surface wear as to be expected but no major scratches or damages.
