A lovely 9ct gold nurses fob watch dated 1908.

The watch has a rectangular case with flattened corners. It is suspended on a short black cord attached to a 9ct gold bar engraved with the initials ‘ESS’ and with pin clasp reverse.

The bar is marked for 9ct gold.

The watch has silvered dial with Arabic numerals and two blued steel hands.

The dial is marked ‘Swiss’.

The case is hallmarked for 9ct gold, Glasgow, 1908 and bears the serial no. ‘3631’.

The case back is engraved with the initials ‘EVH’.

The watch has a manual wind movement marked only ‘Swiss Made’.

The watch measures 14mm x 20mm.

The watch has a total length of 6.5cm.

It weighs 10.5g.

~ Condition ~

The watch is not in working order, it will not currently wind and will need servicing.

The dial has a little wear and discolouration but is in a useable condition with all numbers still visible.

The case has a small ding to the back, side edge but is otherwise in a good pre-owned condition with minimal wear.

The cord is in sound order and the clasp on the bar works well.
