~ Large Limited Edition Moorcroft Pavion Pattern Vase With Original Box ~
The first quality tubelined vase is decorated in the ‘Pavion’ pattern. It was designed by Rachael Bishop. It depicts flowers and butterflies, principally in shades of blue.
It is dated for 2002 and also the mushroom stamped symbol for 2002.
It is a limited edition piece with a run of 200 vases, this one being number 18.
“Pavion design based on the Meconopsis Grandis, more commonly known as the Himalayan Poppy, which is one of nature’s more dramatic and vibrant flowers. The design uses the curves and waves of the azure blue Himalayan poppies by cleverly combining them with a structured band of butterflies at both the top and the bottom of the vase. This rare flower fits naturally on the 62/11 shaoe vase, creating a graceful design of classic proportions.”
It comes with its original box.
