The blade is double fullered and is etched on one side with the manufacturing year 1850 and on the other side the Châtellerault factory.

The handguard is made of brass and the grip of darkwood.

~ Condition ~

The blade is pitted as seen in the pictures.

The scabbard has been resprayed and has some paint chips.

The handguard has a slight move on the pommel side.

The blade is 86 cm long and the overall length of the sword in its scabbard is 105 cm.
