~ Moorcroft Bird-of-Prey Trial Vase c2017 ~
A trial piece from Moorcroft dated for 2017.
The vase is of ovoid form featuring an image of a bird of prey swooping over some standing stones in a countryside environment.
It is hand-painted in muted autumnal colours on a cream ground.
There are the usual impressed marks and signature to base (see images) and also reads ‘Trial 18.10.17’.
~ Dimensions ~
The vase has a diameter of 11.5cm (4 ½ inches) and a height of 21cm (8 ¼ inches).
It weighs 750g.
~ Condition ~
The vase is in a lovely condition with no damage.
