A nice quality single draw military telescope.
The telescope has a brass draw and a metal barrel covered by a layer of leather.
The barrel is inscribed: ‘W. Ottway & Co Ltd, Ealing, London, 1945` and `PATT 73P` with the military broad arrow above.
It is marked `6522` on each end of the eyepiece.
~ Dimensions ~
The telescope measures 13 ¼ inches (34cm) closed and 22 ½ inches (57cm) when fully deployed.
At its widest, it measures 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter.
It weighs 995g.
~ Condition ~
There are some very slight dents to the barrel.
The leather cover shows some signs of wear and tear but the telescope is in overall good condition.
The lenses are clear of damage and the draw slides open and shuts in a smooth manner.
