It has blackened fittings and has an inteior label for the makers Busain, Smith and Co. of London.

Their full title was the  1st Middlesex (Victoria Rifles), volunteers (4th Volunteer Battalion King’s Royal Rifle Corps).

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. A good tidy example. The blue cloth has oxidised to black, it is free from moth nips.
