~ British WW2 Sten Gun Mk V – Deactivated ~
Deactivated World War 2 British Machine Gun.
This is one of the iconic, British machine guns from World War 2. This particular model is the mark V iteration which had the following changes. The Mark V added a bayonet mount, and a wooden pistol grip and stock. There was a No. 4 Lee-Enfield rear sight added and the weapon was of better quality manufacture and finish than the Mk II and Mk III. Ultimately, the Sten gun was cheap and easy to manufacture but was considered the workhorse of the British armaments during WW2 and was one of the many reasons for the allied success.
This deactivated Sten comes complete with magazine, bullets, bayonet and scabbard and carrying case.
