Description

~ Rare 1750s Tower Heavy Dragoon Flintlock Pistol ~

The pistols lock is stamped ‘Tower’ and has the Kings crown with ‘GR’ underneath. There are a couple of proof marks on the top of the barrel.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. It is in good order and works with a decent spring on cock and half cock. There is a crack to the brass work by the screw just behind the trigger guard. The steel work is quite polished, the stock is in good order and the ramrod is original.

~ Dimensions ~

The pistol is 48 cm (19 inches) in total length with a 30 cm (12 inches) barrel.
