A 1950’s 100 foot leather bound tape measure by Chesterman of Sheffield graduated in inches. The name is impressed around the winding mechanism in the middle.
The tape measure uses a winding mechanism, found in the middle section, to rewind the tape back into the bound.

The leather is worn from age, with some scratching and slight surface wear. The front of the tape measure is held together by tape.
