~ Victorian Prattware Lidded Pot ‘I See You My Boy’ ~
A nice Victorian Prattware pot with a decorated lid.
The lid is transfer printed and over glazed. The image on the lid depicts a scene of a Sheppard at rest with two children beside titled ‘I See You My Boy’.
The pot is otherwise plain.
It is marked simply with an upper case ‘C’ to the base.
~ Dimensions ~
The pot has a diameter of 10cm (4 inches) and a height of 5cm (2 inches).
It weighs 320g.
~ Condition ~
There is one small chip to the edge of the lid and one chip where the two halves join.
There is a little crazing to the glaze on the lid.
The pot is in otherwise good condition with no cracks or major damage.
