Description

This is a 1907 pattern bayonet, designed for the famous SMLE (Short Magazine Lee-Enfield) and known as the sword bayonet due to its length. They were used extensively throughout WW1 and WW2. This particular bayonet was produced features service and inspection marks on the ricasso and has a nice polished finish.

Condition

The bayonet is in very good condition light patches of pitting and no other damage. All parts retain a nice finish. Please see pictures for more detail.
