~ Victorian 1822 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword By Silver & Co. London ~

The sword bears the makers mark on the ricasso, with a black fish skin grip and folding guard. The basket bears Queen Victoria’s cypher.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. The blade’s edge is free from nicks. There is a small area of loss to the grip. The folding guard works well. The sword fits the scabbard sweetly

~ Dimensions ~

The sword’s total length is 96cm (37.75 inches), and its blade is 81cm (32 inches).
