This is an American made six shot pepper box revolver an unusually long cylinder. It is an ‘underlever’ percussion design, the hammer being situated on the lower side of the frame, above the lever/trigger.

The revolver is fitted with walnut shaped mahogany grips fixed together with a central screw.

The steel frame of the revolver is decorated with foliage.

~ Dimensions ~

The barrels/cylinder length is 4 ½ inches long (11.5 cm) and the overall length of the revolver is 8 ½ inches (21.5 cm).

It weighs 710 grams.

~ Condition ~

The metalwork is in good condition for its age and developed a nice patina.

The grips are complete.

The revolving mechanism requires attention as the cylinder will not revolve automatically as it should.
