Description

The grip leads into the cast pommel, which has been decorated into a dragon like beast head who holds the guard in between his teeth.

The blade has a simple depiction of a leaping boar just below the fuller.

Inside the small fuller is carved the letters “B A H A G V M”.

The guard is of scallop shell form wiith a protective thumb ring.

~ Dimensions ~

The blade has a length of 35 inches (88.9 cm), with the sword measuring 40 inches (101.6 cm) overall. It weighs 915 g.

~ Condition ~

The blade has blackened but shows no major sign of pitting or major damage aside. The brass is in a similar condition.
