~ India Pattern Flintlock Brown Bess Musket ~
The double line engraved lock plate is stamped TOWER down the tail and bears the crown, the walnut full stock has three brass ramrod pipes, trigger guard, side plate and butt plate. It is fitted with two suspension loops for a strap.
~ Condition ~
It half cocks and cocks with a strong spring. The firearm has had a complete clean by the previous owner. The stock is in very good order, virtually no loss. The barrel is free from pitting.
~ Dimensions ~
The musket is 140 cm (55 inches) in total length with a 99 cm (39 inch) barrel.
