A lovely hand carved jade figure of a horse. The horse is kneeling with its head down.

The jade is coloured creamy white with brown areas, particularly towards the tail area.

It is from the Ming period, possibly earlier.

~ Dimensions ~

The horse has a width of 2.7 inches (6.8 cm), a depth of 0.8 inches (2 cm) & a height of 1 inches (2.6 cm). It weighs 50 g.

~ Condition ~

The jade is in excellent condition.
