Description

*Scottish, Highlanders Regimental Dirk, by W. Newlands*

Straight 11.75 inch blade with single fuller below the notched spine;

Non-hallmarked possible silver mounts. Early 20 century Scottish dirk with white metal decorative mounts and brass pins, ebonised baluster grip. The polished blade with notched back edge and fullers.

Black leather scabbard retaining the matching knife and fork, the mounts with engraved borders and applied with thistle panels. Maker marked W. Newlands.

*Condition*
Very good used condition. Some brass pins missing from hilt. Pommel loose. Clean bright blade and scabbard fits tightly. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.
